breakfast routine

I usually don't write about thus kind of things, but why not?  This is how I keep myself healthy

First things first: green smoothy.

Usually I have tea, but vietnamese cofee is my addiction.  We all have one

I also drink a big cup of lemon water as soon as I wake up. It resurrects me and give me  a boost to start. I usually have cereal but I could not say no to those sandwiches

And this is the make up of the day
